You can order them from the site I linked under my picture. From this page, specifically. I bought mine on Ebay but I don't like linking to Ebay auctions because the link is broken after a few months.

Wow thats pretty cheap and quite a good idea, i was thinking of going for a HID replacement for $59 on ebay free delivery, how would this compare to brightness? Wondering if it's worth the extra necessary hassle wiring the ballast etc..

This is just for the parking light, not the headlight. I thought about switching to HID, but went with some high-end regular bulbs instead: http://www.murphskits.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=304

err today I finished the engine mounts, primed the frame where I cut and ground, then I lopped off the tail and started trying to figure out where I want to put the new one.

Went for a bit of a ride with a groups of riders. Nobody had a clue where we were going, just somewhere south of Canberra. Anyway, one thing lead to another a we did the Snowy Mountains loop (anti clockwise). 640km of good riding. And the bit from Adaminaby to Thedbo is just corners.

Put a radguard on the 919 the other day.

Yesterday, got a HD GoPro to replace the SD I've been using.

Today I tested it out on a 485km (300m) ride  :woohoo:

Lubed the chain on the 919 when I got back.

Replaced the King-Sized Snickers Bars Suzuki passes for pegs, and attached those ones in the wiki.  Dremeling the edges down wasn't fun, and realized I needed one 1/4 washer (as opposed to the 2 x 3/16" listed in the wiki), but all in all, not a difficult mod (just tedious).

**Found the washer bag, they're "Grade 8 -- 1/4" 6.4 Zinc AE-H/15-H," whatever that means.  About perfect in terms of the amount it shims...3/4" in diameter, ~1.5mm thick.  There will be a little play, but no more than the amount you got with the stock pegs.

My feet, especially on the shifter side, feel like they're in a much better position.  Shifts feel crisper and more positive, probably due in no small part to the fact that my foot is about an inch lower.  AAAAAND...

...they look ten billion times better than stock.

Good day to you!

Building my baby continues.. I'm going to get rid of the stock clip-ons and replace them with a handlebar. So i ordered some fatbar holders which should arrive tomorrow, and bought an aluminum Timeless -fatbar, gold anodized, new black handles and gold anodized bar end plugs..

Can't wait to get to work on my babe  ;)

Thanks...lenses are aftermarket Buell knockoffs. Didn't shorten the stems, they were the perfect length for me

What are you trying to say, Mary...I might have a hot a$$??  :icon_mrgreen:

The heat shields don't get hot and there is a fan built in under the seat to keep the heat away from the seat...this bike is really comfortable...me likey!!  And with the new windshield, it should be that much better...

Just took it out of the shop today. I had alot of things done to it. Its practically a new bike. New fork seals, new brake pads, new rotors, and a fresh set of new tires. :) I will be replacing the headlight lens and fairing later on this year. Just going to get used to the bike more since its just my first bike.

GynZi

Switched the clip-ons to a proper handlebar. Now that was an improvement. She feels so much better to ride now.

You Fin's seem kind of backwards of us here in the USA. We take off the stock bars and try to find the European clip-ons! If you were over here, you could have found someone who would have gladly traded stock bars for the clip on's.
Nice color! Looks like Junior (I have a set of tails like yours that I sometimes put on him in place of the Gimbel seat).
