need help as ive been an idiot

Ive been having problems with my 03 gs, i concluded that my regluator needed replacing, i did this and got stupid and inpatient, jump started the bike with no battery from a car WHILST IT WAS RUNNING!!



now ive put my battery on it wont f*cking start! Ive replaced my fuse, coils. checked my clutch safety switch, the side stand swich, plugs, leads and  ht caps

it turns over fine but theres just no spark!  can someone give me an idiot proof check list of what i should be checking

I think the key here is the NO Battery in the bike, hopefully you didn't zap the CDI unit, not sure how to check for that.

i did get a new battery and it works lovely just can get the spark  prehaps i did bugger the cdi
