gs 500 frame

Looking for a frame with title. newer the better.  I'm NOT looking for an F model. Would prefer one in texas so I can drive and pick it up asap
picked a 96 gs 500 for $150 cleaned the main jets out and BAM! running bike.   problem is it came with a BOS. the guy I got it from is a handy man and did a job and the guy didn't have ANY money so he traded him the bike. he had know he just wanted to recoop some of his loss.

If you lived in my state you could just wait a year till it hits 15 years old then register it without a title.  Does TX have any provision like that?

probably not... its Texas.  But I'd rather not wait I might check into to though

Not sure what year they started the black frame but I would mind one of those...
