I got some of that at a local sign shop. It worked well on a dashboard I was making for my kit car.

Most any sign shop should be able to get it for you. However, it is a real bear to put that stuff (its vinyl) on anything with a curved surface and have it look decent (non-wrinkled). You have to hit the curved areas with a heat gun to make it shrink. It takes some practice to get decent at it, and even then you'll screw up a place or two and have to re-do it.

I will say that the stuff holds up suprisingly well for a vinyl sticker. The stuff I used on my dash has been rained on a few times (actually, towed in the rain for several hours) and it didn't try to come off.... still looks like new.
