Front wheel spacing

Hi folks, can someone with an early 2000s bike do me a favour, I'm busy putting bike back together after a partial front end swap (from my accident last fall, finally got the settlement offer from the insurance this week, $4,500 including the gear, And I get to keep the bike...).
Everything seems to have gone together well, but the front wheel seems to be at a very slight angle.
If anyone could just poke their finger between the front wheel and the front fender and just tell me if it seems as though the wheel is perfectly centred in the mud guard, mine is slightly closer to the fender on the right.
