So I finally got a hold of them and they tried telling me that I need to pay $50 more for the '09 side fairing, when the '07 is so much cheaper! And the thing is that the '07 will fit, con-men, they are.

I don't understand, did they not have the '07 plastics in stock?  Or they did, and just wanted you to buy the '09?

They have the '07 '08 and '09 in stock, but they said that since my bike is an '09 that I MUST by the '09 fairing, which comes out to $234.08 after shipping where the '07 is $166.67 after shipping.

Why not just buy it on-line and identify the m/c as a 2007?

I found someone on here that is selling one for a whole lot cheaper, but it's just ridiculous how much ONE fairing costs.

Good idea, then you could make a cage for the motor casings and be set.

and then you could sell your fairing to him ^ and cheap cycle parts can find someone else to buy the newest, greatest, most horsepower increasing fairing.
