Installed LED turn signals and dominators. Now all 4 signals go on

I bought a dominator headlight set and brackets and 2 pairs of LED turn signals from Cycle gear (http://www.cyclegear.com/spgm.cfm?L1=5000&L2=7&L3=146&L4=&item=MRX_LA1_G).  I installed them all and when I plugged the bullet connectors in and tried the turn signals, all 4 of them went on at the same time, kind of like Hazard Lights.

What is connected:
3-prong male connector from dominators to 3-prong female connector on bike
bullet connectors from front turn signals plugged in

What is not connected:
2 bullet connectors from dominators
2-prong female connector on bike

What is wrong?

Probably need a new flasher relay - look for a heavy duty electronic one with the same prong pattern from your local auto parts store.

Alright, but where is the relay located and do I need to plug the 2-prong connector from the stock headlight into anything?

Big Rich

Since i dont have a GS, im guessing it's near your battery box. With the engine off and ignition switch on, turn your signals on - you should hear it clicking.

And i have zero experience with the Dominator - post a link to where you bought it?

Big Rich is right about the relay.  Or you could use "load balancing" resistors (the neanderthal approach, IMHO).  See http://www.customdynamics.com/led_motorcycle_lighting_faqs.htm for info.

The female connector has brown and black/white wires?  That is the parking lamp. Deja vu

Anyone know the best way to conceal the wires? I can heat shrink tube some of them, but not all.

Big Rich

Ah, ok. You want to conceal the wires that run between each light, correct?

I would have to see them mounted, but i want to say convoluted tubing is your best bet.

All four turn signals flashing at once is not the relay. It's the dash Indicator light causing the problem due to the way it is wired up.
If the light's come on and stay on (not blinking) that's the relay.

You could simply pull the dash indicator light, or you can buy a couple of diodes and rewire that light so only one side of your turn signals comes on when they are meant to.
I like a non-sequitur as much as the next Giraffe.
