oops... paint wore off on adjuster marker

I notice that the adjuster plate moves a bit but I think this time it moved while I was tightening the rear wheel causing the paint to wear.  I ended up removing the remainder of the paint so that I could see the remaining marks.

Has anyone else had this happen?
