Just curious to know if there are any washers in place on the needle if the bike is stock.  there is a ~.5mm washer below the c-clip and plastic spacer already... so i'm wondering if that was done by PO or if thats standard (1991). ...and so if it isn't standard, guess I don't need to add the washer.. or maybe one more ~0.5mm, depending... (just put on clamp-on K&N) so we'll see how re-jet works out..
thanks!  :thumb:

Hey I dont think that washer is stock... but check bike bandit for confirmation. However it should not make any difference... you feel its lean on the needle now... then add washers else dont...

Question about rejetting. Did a search but really still not clear. What exactly does the washers do that are on the needle.
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof, is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools....

Thanks to advances in automation, Nike shoes will be made by robots. Unfortunately, the robots will be made by children in Malaysia.

ok the needle richens the the mid range revs, you could take away the washer and see if it runs worse in that area, if it does chuch it back on and try another ind see if its better
