I have done the Buell signal swap and i have the new flasher in hand.  The problem is I have looked all over the damn bike and I cant find anything that looks like the flasher i own(552/536). I can attach a picture of what I have but i cant figure out how. Whats new huh?  Maybe I got the wrong part at the auto store. Where is this thing located on a 1990 GS?
I found a piece that looks similar behind the plastic on the right side but its a different size and doesn't appear to have the same connectors.

Sorry if i brought up an old topic but i couldn't find anything online that explained this.

Thanks for all your help guys and gals!

Either under the tank or around the battery box. With the ignition on but the bike not running, turn on your signals and start listening for the clicking of the relay.

Ignore the alien look of the wiring.....  :D
The stick is pointing where the flasher relay SHOULD be on a stock bike.
