Hey Guys and Girls
Just thought I would let you know that you can order Zero Gravity windscreens direct from the Zero Gravity on-line shop (www.zgoutlet.com)
I have been quoted some ridiculous prices from bike shops! With the exchange rate being so good it will cost me 113.50 delivered for a Sport touring smoked screen, which is less than half of what I've been quoted here in Australia! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

FYI it makes a huge difference. I found that it was directing the Air straight into the top vents on my helmet! perfect for the hot South Australian Summers

Hi Aussie GS500F 06,

How tall are you? I'm thinking of getting one and I'm curious about how much higher it pushes up the wind.

Cheers,
Rob

I'm 5'11 so I guess if your shorter than that you would be right under the wind blast. I ride pretty upright due to a bad back as well, I don't tend to tuck down too much but when I have its an eerie quite

I bought one of these screens from ZGOutlet last week... 2 hours later they refunded my payment with a note "No longer stocked"

thats a shame, at least they were upfront with you and didn't jerk you around, not like some other unscrupulous people

Looks like they've still got them in the normal store, ie. non-outlet store. But of course buying them through there is a little more expensive than the outlet store or eBay. Yes, ZG seems to be pretty good people to deal with, I've bought one of their shields for my Ninja a few years ago.

I've got the same windscreen and love it.  I wouldn't be able to commute on highways without it.  Highways around here run 75 mph in the slow lane, with the speed limit being 70.  I'm only 5' 2" but have the bars raised so I'm more upright than the stock handlebars. Easier on my back, but the wind killed my neck at first.  With this windscreen, riding on highways is a breeze.
