They're probably fairly rusty. Mobile = hot, wet, salty. Not terrible in the sense that they couldn't be used but not great in the fact they are nearly 15 years old. I don't have the mounting pins. I think that most all of the small plates at the base are still there. If you need or want them, I'll sell you all of them for $12 shipped?
