Mike has a great new video of his ride out to Queen Mary Falls up in the General section , where he refers to cows and deer as worth watching out fo on the journeyr. Oz is such a great biking country but the (real) animals that you meet on the road can be dodgy. However, it can be even worse in Sri Lanka:

The thing I hate seeing crossing the road when riding especially in summer is snakes! I know I am going to fast to be bitten but I always think that I could be that one unlucky guy........

I figure my boots are thick enough to protect from a bite from any of the snakes we have around here.
