Only found one plastic clip so far.
Do have a perfect bar end, washer and long screw. Its a new, old type (lead with steel case) but looks the same as the newer all steel ones (lead laws, you know). have some all steel but they should be painted. No dings or scratches, they went through my parts cleaner and the paint was buffed off. Your choice.
