What did everyone get for Christmas?

Well, spill it!

We don't get into it cause we buy whatever, whenever, throughout the year. Though Boxing Day I'll pop in and buy Inception and Salt and spend the day watching them cause there ain't no riding due to the frigging never ending rain we're having.

So we did what we always do on Xmas... go down MacDonalds and buy an icecream. And while there, there is this guy standing next to his ZRX1200 in the rain, finishing off a Maccas coffee. He puts on his jacket, his helment then hops on and rides off into the wet/rain. On his lower half he is wearing a pair of shorts and some flipflops! Riding around in the rain in shorts and flipflops WTF.

Some of the stuff people I ride with received is... well...

One guy got an iPod Toilet Roll Holder

Another got a RoboMop from her family

I told her she should send her family this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Twivg7GkYts

Another got an Ardone quad copter thing http://ardrone.com.au/ so he can have another toy for his iPad - adults and their toys, huh.

Anyway. So spill it, what ya get?

I got a fleecy neck-warmer called a Buff, that is quite awesome.

My favorite gift tho, my dad had heart surgery a few months back for "afib", which basically gave him little heart attacks almost daily. He got those fixed, and got a clean bill of health, so now he can ride again. He just bought a brand new Honda Nv700 Abs touring bike. I just took it out for a 20 mile test ride in OR. It was 40F, so I also trsted out his heated jacket-liner and heated bibs under riding pants. Nice bike, and heated gear is in my future...

Merry Christmas, dudes!

I did really well this year. I got a Dell Netbook  :woohoo: well it is Christmas/graduation present. I got Tron Evolution for the PS3 Light cycles yes! Got a couple of giftcards and a nice set of gauntlet MC gloves. Can't wait for my knee to heal to try them out. but, they fit well like a glove and they match Flick!

but, most of all I got to realize how blessed I am by how many people that love and care about me. I don't have a blood family but the church family and the family up in Boston who took me in well those are the best Christmas presents any person could ask for. And the best of all for me is that my Savior came down and gave everything so that I may share in the glories of heaven when it is my time to go home.

I don't usually do too much motorcycle stuff for birthday/christmas. I know that stuff is personal enough that it's hard for someone else to find something I really like.

My favorite is a new dremel. I just had a cheap one, but I definitely see how people are able to do so many crazy things with one now that I have a good one and some little accessories to go with it. I also got a miter saw, kind of a big 'hey you should start redoing the kitchen' hint from my wife.

She also got me a GPS since I've been talking about getting one lately. I've never thought about them much until this past fall when me and a friend tried to take a 5 hour loop down to some WV roads and back and I almost missed one of our first turns a few miles in. I knew there was no chance of us making it for that long of a ride and not getting ridiculously lost. Now all I've gotta do is figure out how to work the thing. Technology is not one of my friends. It'll be super nice if I can plot out routes on google maps and transfer the whole thing onto the gps, but from what I've seen so far it doesn't look like it's that easy. Either way we can stop for gas every hour and I'll just program in a new address and it'll do a good job of keeping me on track.

I have a Luminx camera is great and was an awesome price. Although, it is a couple of years old now and my cell phone camera is only a couple of mp off.

With the MC gloves my friend and I got online together and picked them out off of Newenough.com. These are the gloves http://www.newenough.com/street/closeouts/gloves/speed_and_strength/over_the_influence_motorcycle_gloves.html

Good protection and a great price!

Whoa up there, Bucko!! I know you're just dying to hack something up with that Dremel but before you waste a perfectly good tripod, go take a look at RAM's camera mounts. I use a RAM mount for my GPS on my bike and I wouldn't hesitate to get one of their camera mounts if I needed on. Solid and very adjustable.

I got socks, PJs, a sweatshirt, 4 DVDs (The A-Team, Shaun of The Dead, 2 Part Series on WWII), movie tix (will use to see Tron on Friday), an LED flashlight, gift cards (Outback, Olive Garden, and Anthony's), Raiders shirt, a pressure cooker, and all the little stuff that my wife puts in the stocking.

I got a Cranker tank bag, something I had made mention of a few months ago that my mom apparently remembered. Works very well, I am quite happy with it. My girlfriends family went in and gave me some money to go to cycle gear, about $100 worth. I came out with a new clutch lever(got broke in half in my spill last week), a clear tankpad, and some A* SPS leather/carbon gloves. Also got new shoes and a bunch of clothes from mom, she basically just dropped me off at the mall with her debit and said 'I'll be back in a few hours'.

I got a Polo shirt and Nike running outfit. I called to thank my sister and she told me that it was a fake Polo shirt.  :dunno_black: At least the Nike outfit was real but who cares, everything is made in China now I guess.

I don't even wanna talk about my Dolphin's who can't win at home. Really, blow a 10 point lead in the last 10 minutes of the game. I'm disgusted with them right now! I mean the lions really?
