School Project

So, one of our big Clinical Psychology projects is going to be pick out a TV character or reality TV star that has a psychological problem and pretty much do a case study of it.

Really the only TV that I watch is history, discovery, TLC etc. I sure as heck do not watch reality TV. So, i don't know who to really pick. I've watched a few episodes of the mentalist and think he would be quite the intriguing case study. another person thought Tony Soprano but I've never seen an episode of the Soprano's.

Any ideas fellas?

Orange county choppers ( either junior or senior.) course then again most likely staged. hell hmmm what about silence of thelambs? thats a movie FULL of case studies. some shallow, some VERY VERY deep

If I could make it through the episodes I'm sure House would be great. the couple of times I've watched I ended up pointing out all of the inaccuracies in the medicine and never got to what the "story" was supposed to be about. He is a total a$$hole. I don't care how good a doctor you are your not gonna talk to me like that!

Personally I like House. The accuracy of the medicine behind it really isn't what I'm after. I like the storyline.

I guess when I'm so immersed in the doctor patient world in real life I don't wanna see it at home too! When I'm dealing with doctors almost everyday of the week I don't want to go home and watch more of it on TV!

I would have to come up with a therapy too I don't think putting Glen Beck out of his misery would qualify as therapeutic treatment. My roommate worships the ground he walks on his biography is on the mantel.

I've got a while on the project guess i need to watch the boob toob more!

I think Glen may have been molested by a lunatic sunday school teacher. They say you stop developing emotionally at the point of the trauma. He seems stuck right about there.

I was browsing the Craigslist Forums Psych in particular and was helping someone who supposedly have a co-worker commit suicide. And this one person thought I was using multiple monikers. So, I said you can search the web actually said GStwins to be assured I don't use mulitple handles. A few post later he thought he was so smooth when he said my name. I almost died laughing LOL. I told you where to go come on man! I guess he thought it would scare me LOL. Then he said I was paranoid TBH I was getting a little too much pleasure messing with this guy. Finally, my fever got too high and I couldn't focus on the guys 80+ handles.
