Is there a spot on the forum where everyone posts pictures of their bikes with all the mods on their bike? If not we should get one going im looking for ideas.

I think it'd be really sweet to have just 1 thread where you upload your bike w pictures and tell about your mods, and/or future plans? any other input?

I just enjoy looking at other GS500 :) haha, and just simple cosmetic mods for now like the fenderectomy, maybe rim strips, tank pad, oh and mirrors to.

There's all these pics linked on the old site you might want to look at, probably should sticky that link here on the new forum somewhere:

I like to look at the GS500/E/F pics here too:

You want to see some really different custom bike ideas...check out this link...

There are a couple of GS500 specific links, but check out the links to the EX500 (Ninja 500)...very similar bike and some pretty cool stuff done to them...

Later.

I was just going to say that a lot of people have modifications posted in their signature.

Well, it's a '94 750-SPR which is a special edition package consisting of:

-6-pot tokico calipers
-wide-mouth carbs
-magnesium engine covers
-adjustable rearsets
-extra braced swingarm(which was standard on 1100's)
-about 15 pounds lighter than standard model
-a few other insignificant perks I've forgotten about

First thing to go was the fender, replaced with a small bracket and low-profile signals. Next was the headlights, swapped for 6k HID's. Next was the camera mount for my ipod, to record video. Next was a full Hindle exhaust(carbon can), which came with a Yoshi hanger for some reason, which was immediately heat wrapped due to faded CF. And that's pretty much it, and all it's gonna get. Keeping this one simple and clean. Currently running a worn Michelin Pilot front and a Dunlop SportMax GP race take-off 190 rear.

I can't believe I don't have a picture of Flick when I first got him well at least one I can find. This is right after I took the decals off.

I changed up the grips to some ProGrip gel grips helps with hand fatigue. Got, some heavier bar end weights, painted the chain guard, painted the little piece above the license plat, carbon fiber tag holder re-jetted, 150 rear tire, white rims, had carbon fiber levers but going back to black, and a clock to be put on in the morning.

Things I'd like to do? Frame sliders, aftermarket exhaust, K&N lunchbox, will be painting various areas and fixing some scratches as well.

Here was the first attempt at turn signals eh.

Sorry the pic isn't so hot at night

Did the GSXR turn signal mirror

Some over all pics of Flick.

Is one ever done doing things to their bike?

Lots of photos in the Wall of Fame.

Also search for posts and photos by someone who seems to have done some mods you're interested in.

I've posted a lot so search wall of fame and messages for me.
