EXACTLY the crap he peddles, is free info. hell ive gotten my hands on his shaZam!, via P2P  sites ( limewire) im like Whiskey tango foxtrot, to get this info all i have to do is get online, or look in paper classifieds

He is selling worthless crap. However I'd toss him in jail for fanning the bubble.
I actually know a couple of his fool-owers who bought houses in my subdivision. The HOA got stiffed a good 3-4K and counting, and they also shafted a couple of major banks. They bought a house for 203K in 05/06. The house is barely worth 140-150 now. That was its price when new in 02.
Actually in charlotte when they say prices are goign to go back to 1999 or 2000 levels, that was higher than the 02-03 level. He he ... rolling back to 99 is actually better than rolling to 02.
