Raising Forks

Hey, so I'm putting clipons on my bike but have run into a problem.

I am trying to raise the forks now but they won't budge.  I have unscrewed the 1 screw on each side of the black top plate and the 2 bolts on the clamps around the front forks.  I am not sure if there are more I'm suppose to loosen, but the forks wont budge.  I have the bike on the center stand and am pushing down on the front with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated thanks!

There are only two bolts for each leg. The tops is an allen and the bottom is a 12 or 14mm bolt. Ive never taken both off, only one at a time. I would say give it a twist (dont pull on the lowers) but it seems like you still have them attached.

I was finally able to raise it up mm by mm to the required height.  Its an 05 so I think it was just a little rusted/stuck and needed some muscle.

A rubber mallet is the best tool in the world for freeing stuck parts without damage.

Yea that was probably it. Since you tried to move both at the same done you had to do it perfectly strait also.
