How do you deal with the bodywork with saddlebags?

My daughter has an 01 GS and I'm trying to figure out the best way to deal with the angled bodywork when mounting soft saddlebags.  Those of you who do have bags, has the bodywork presented a problem?
Thanks,
John

I wondered about that, as well.
I installed the Nelson Rigg bags under the seat and have had no problems.  :thumb:
