Handlebars easily move up/down?

Whats up with that?

Its very noticeable when I try getting the bike up on the center stand. It moves quite a bit and pretty easily.

It's hard to say without knowing how much they actually move. All of them move a little because there are rubber bushings between the top triple and the handlebar clamp. It's there to get rid of vibrations, but it does let the bars move a little. If it seems like it's enough that something is worn out you'll want to pull it apart and see what's going on. Are the bars moving independently of that bar clamp, or is the bar clamp moving from the top triple clamp?
