Rejetting with stock exhaust and air filter

I ordered Jardine full exhaust but it won't be shipped until the end of the week.  I also ordered a jet kit from Buddha which will hopefully be here by the end of the week.  Includes 20 pilots, 132,5 mains, 65 mids, 1 washer and 3 turns on air screws.  This is what was recommended for the stock setup with jardine exhaust.

I'm hoping to install the jet kit this weekend and put on the full exhaust when I get it next week.  Is the jet kit going to have a negative impact on my performance with the stock setup?  Should I wait and do both the jetting and exhaust at the same time?

No kit before pipe is fine, its bad to do pipe before kit, and @ the same time is OK too.
