Well new to bikes and first time rider. Been into drag cars and sports cars forever. Sold my 11 second Trans Am and bought a 2005 Suzuki GS500F. Didn't want to go to big on a bike so thought a 500cc bike was a good start. Hoping for some advice or tips with riding or mods. Thanks

Welcome. Good choice for a starter bike.
Any chance you are in Houston?

Nope I am in Arnaudville, LA. It's near Lafayette, LA. Would like to meet people to ride with some time.

Sell your soul before any Firebird!  :icon_twisted:
even if it is for a bike

haha sry im crazy for Firebirds.
1st car I had was a 93 V6 firebird
2nd was a 94 Trans am.

My next car might be another V6 firebird (damn gas prices! I want a 98+ V8!)

But enough from me about cars in a motorcycle forum.

Welcome :)

I didn't sell my Trans Am for a bike. I already have two girls. 8 years old and 2 years old and another baby on the way. Well my wifes Mustang is not going to hold me, her and three kids. So I sold my TA and bought a 2006 Chevy Uplander and what cash I had left I bought the bike.
