how do i drain the float bowls?  since my bike is getting painted the tank isn't on right now.  when i get everything back on i plan on filling up the tank and adding sta-bil.  do i have to pull the plugs or anything for winterizing the bike?  i also plan on chaning the oil, but should i also put in a new oil filter, or wait until i start riding again?

thanks for the help!

It's a good idea to pull the plugs to squirt some oil into the cylinders, and then put them back, to keep debris out. It is good that you are changing the oil. Hw many miles since your last oil change would be the deciding factor, for me, in changing the filter.
