Sorry for ranting but during the summer I have numerous customers that don't understand how air conditioning works waste my time, do they not teach heat transfer principle in school anymore???  "My cars air conditioning doesn't work right."  Really?  How is it supposed to work???  "It cools the air."  NO!!!  IT REMOVES HEAT!!!!  You can't get into your car on a 90 degree F humid day and expect the A/C to blow cold air out of the vent as soon as you turn your car on!  First the A/C must remove the moisture, then it can start removing the heat.  See that little "re-circulate" button???  USE IT!  That allows the system to try and cool the air inside the car, not the 90 degree air outside the car.  If you've turned on the A/C with the re-circulate setting on and 15 minutes later it has not sufficiently removed the heat from the cabin, then your A/C "doesn't work right."  Otherwise it is operation normal, get the f%$k out of here.

This is why Al Gore still has support.  God help us.

For the record, I don't use the re-circulate vent, ever.  I just open the window for a minute.  That's all it takes for the A/C to start working.  Then it's all good.  :thumb:
