WTB plastic carb top

does anyone have the plastic top for the right carb on an 89? I believe the fiche calls it the diaphragm cover.

Its not that hard, the screws are cranked to 874 ft-lbs. Start drilling it and it gets hot and melts the plastic, or some careless clown drops the carb on the vacuum spigot, or some other crap happens to it.
I got a few in busted condition, one of those "Here fix this" types from both gstwin and from local clowns.
