Any interest in Woodcraft Rearsets?

Was wondering if anyone was interested in getting Woodcraft rearset kits?

Talked with Woodcraft and it takes 20 sets minimum to be worth setting the machine up. If we can get ~12 people(I know, its a long shot.) they will do a run for us, and shelf the other sets. I'm still waiting to hear back on if they can produce both black/silver kits and price, but I would assume its comparable to their other Suzuki kits($330-350)

long winded version:
I have been looking into future modifications, and rearsets are on the top of the list.  Problem is choices are low.  I don't mind fabbing another model's rearset to fit, but would prefer to have a nice CNC set made to fit the GS. I would also like to get that blacked out Woodcraft style.

Currently available are the Gimbel's which are quality, but its either $400 for a set from whaccessories or the ones adidasguy from gimbel off ebay(which are only showing gold ones now, but I've sent an email to confirm)

I'll post back when I get an answer on price and colors

We would have to pick either black or silver, but its our choice. The sets would require you to buy sv/gsxr shift lever($35 from Suzuki) and you would reuse stock brake lever.  Rough guess I was given was $279-299

the more I dig it, the more it seems like getting the Gimbel's off ebay might be the best route. I just hope they come in any other color than gold :technical:

Got the same answer from them - but I think then they said 6 to 10 sets.
This ol parts whore would go for one, maybe 2 sets.
Wanted a set and had to settle for Raask. (They need to have Ikea write their installation instructions).
At present, I prefer the Gimbel over Raask.
Count me in for one set, 2 if necessary as I have a friend getting a GS that wants to turn it into something similar to Junior.

PS: Gimbel photo on ebay was wrong. I got the silver aluminum ones. What DID piss me off was the passenger pegs: they show them as folding but never told be I had to order extra parts to make them fold. Was cheaper to order LSL pegs from the local dealer than pay their extra and shipping to fold up the passenger pegs. (Though non-folding passenger pegs would act as crash protectors if the bike fell over, and protect the plastics from hitting the ground.  :icon_question: )

PSPS: If you do order direct from Gimbel, maybe have you order the folding part for passenger pegs for me. That would save on separate postage for them.
