Does anyone have or know of any pics showing how and where the front cowl support frame is mounted to the bike? Anyone got any pics on where the fairing brackets are at also?

Pictures won't do you much good other than be slightly informative.
The front bracket bolts to a piece that is welded to the front of the frame.
The other brackets: you will need exact measurements of where they go as they bolt to the frame and some have a small hole for a pin on the bracket to keep it from turning.
Turning an "E" frame into an "F" will not be easy.
Maybe a better option would be to add a headlight cowling and a belly pan.
There was a stock "E" fairing sold as an option. If you can find one of those, they are designed to bolt onto the "E" frame. I see one for sale on ebay in Germany every few months. Problem is most selling them will only ship to to Europe, so you'd have to find a board member that would receive it then ship it on to you. I was lucky and googled it one night last year and found one in the box in the UK.

Ive already bought all my side fairings, upper stay, front cowl and dash and headlight. No turning back now. I work with a company that has several machine shops and have access to tons of equipment including my own gear in my shop so I dont see this being hard. However, with a current fractured right hand, Im just digging for info and pics to get a visual start on where I may run into issues. I dont see fabrication as being difficult.

If all the frames and such are pretty much the same over the years then adding a few (even custom) brackets wont be hard. I dont see why you couldnt make the bracket to wrap around the back side of the frame in some areas and rivet pop it or sheet metal screw it to the frame to keep them from turning. Maybe even tack weld them.

Doesnt a part of the need to or can come out to remove the engine anyway?

Still, a picture of this front upper stay bracket welded to the front of the frame would be good to see to get an idea of what I might need to fab up. Maybe someone can post one. In the meantime I will keep digging.

I can take a photo of the front. 2 pipe clamps would work.
Since the other brackets bolt to the frame, you really should have an "F" to take measurements from.

Maybe someone that removed their fairing can take measurements. Its kind of hard to do with the fairings on because they get in the way of measuring things. Maybe same for the front bracket: someone that removed the fairing should be able to get a clean shot of what is welded to the frame.

Best I can do is look in and shoot a photo and all the other stuff will be there in the way. I can do that if you think it will help. (Rode Junior today so I can't take a picture if Suzi right now.)

I was thinking the front fairing and upper stay would be the starting point. Once I got that puzzle piece figured out, I could line the side fairings up accordingly, mark them and place custom brackets as needed. I saved some pics of those T-rex sliders and like them. Im going to use those pics to fabricate some in the machine shop later once my right hand is fully functional. Ive got all kinds or flat bar, stainless sheets, round and square bar avail to me.

I had to think outside the box and ended up going to Ebay for pics and found exactly what I needed. Seems it is nothing more than a piece of flat bar with sleeves (hollow round bar) welded to the front just above the bottom steering stop and has nothing but two nuts and bolts that go through it and hold the stay to the front of the bike.

I also went through the fiche and found all the other small tabs and mounts I need for the fairing. They are cheap so i will just order them rather than make some. Seems this will be quite easy after all.

That's pretty much what I did, and it worked out OK.  I started with your thought process of trying to measure everything out but then I gave up and had my brother weld the first bracket on the front for me and went from there.
