Anyone out there know where I can find feeler guages .03-.08? Im adjusting my valves and ready to pull my hair out trying to find the right tools. Got everything pulled off the bike just need to take care of the shims. Any help would be great.

There are tons of them on eBay for under $10. If you don't want to wait for shipping most auto parts stores carry them. I just saw some at Kragen the other day, I'd bet Auto zone has them too.

Might have to look on ebay. Nappa, Auto Zone, and Advanced Auto didn't have them. Thanks man

Yeah most places you can just go only do inch feelers. Ebay has some. If you google around a bit, there are some places that have them, but finding metric feelers that go down small enough is tough.

Also, Sledge likes to point out shim steel.

Inch feelers will work just fine. 0.03 mm = 0.0011 in. and 0.08 mm = 0.0032 in. rounded off to 0.001 in. and 0.003 in. as listed in my Suzuki Service Manual.

1 inch = 25.4 millimeters. My inch micrometers will measure metric dimensions no problem :thumb:

I ordered these:
http://www.oldbikebarn.com/Motorcycle-Tools?search=FEELER+32-BLADE+DUAL+2%2FPK+BM
I ordered the valve tool from there also.

FEELER 32-BLADE DUAL 2/PK BM   151527

It had what i needed... plus a spare set.

It's frustrating nobody lists what sizes are included... but i ordered those on a whim, and lucked out.

BikeMaster part number: 15-1527
.03, .04,.05,.06,.07,.08,.09 and many other sizes included.
I keep forgetting to turn the petcock on before i bolt down gas tank. :(
