PAIR stud spacing

I am not near my bike for several days.  Can someone confirm that the PAIR system studs are approximately 30mm apart?  And, does anybody have or can easily take a picture of where the PAIR tube/plate attache to the head with PAIR hardware out of the way.  Thanks.
