left mirror for gs500F

Anyone got a (left side) mirror , that will match a 2006 GS500F ?
Ordering a new one will cost me $95, I'm told

Hrrrm.

on the plus side, nice quick delivery. got it today.

on the bad side;  the thing is STUCK! the arm wont move, so I cant screw it in!

and it's not suzuki parts, its some copycat company. they should ahve mentioned that. grrr.
