Repairing small scratches?

My bike never came down, but I have some scratches on the area around the foot pegs on the frame, some of them already exposed the galvanized surface, I know it's not the bare steel because it's not rusting.
Does anyone if there is some kind of product I can use repair this small areas without having to actually prepare and repaint the whole area around them?
