So since I ran the k&n lunchbox and rejetted my bike fart on decel (other than that it ran perfect) so I must change the pilot jet for a bigger one, but for the moment what do you think of my plugs? Does it look like I'm running so lean I'm hurting my bike?

The pics are blurry but that was the best I could do on close shot.

Photos a little fuzzy....

If the plugs are light brown, or tan, even light tan you're OK.   How far did you run on these plugs?...sometimes it takes a while to get color on them........Remember running with choke on ...like for warm up...you're gonna get black....so run for a while  no choke then look again...

If they look white....or white/powdery...then too hot/too lean....

See photos on  the other thread... or google "reading spark plugs" for images of various good and bad plugs........

Thanks, I ran the bike a few hundreds miles. I think I found  a way to make better pics:

I found a color shart but I don't feel like my plugs fit into any of these categories:

I think I can see some tan...or orange-ish-tan on you plugs...which would mean OK...

Gray to white, with no red-ish or orang-ish or tann-ish would be too hot/lean..

From the photos they look tan-ish to me...
