Do the GS front master cylinder work with dual Katana calipers?

It's probably in your best interest to get the Kat cylinder, you don't want to figure out that you have a brake issue while riding. Additionally, since the GS was built down to a price it's safe to assume the cylinder can't handle a much larger load than the one it's designed for.

Well, it's not like you would put the two together and then immediately do a high-speed brake test is it ?  :cookoo:

But I don't see how it would be possible for the cylinder/piston ratio to be correct going from (one) two-piston caliper to (two) four-piston calipers.

A quick search finds http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=41836.msg470267#msg470267 but the results are inconclusive.

I understand the math,  proportions and ratios but are all saying the Kat is therefore bigger to hold more fluid and apply more pressure.

Actually, the Katana mc is probably smaller, to push less fluid at higher pressure.

I'm sure there are some gs guys running dual rotors and calipers on a gs wheel and front end. Anyone know what their setup consists of?
