New Owner/Rider from MS

I live in Madison, MS right outside of Jackson. I picked up this 2004 GS500f cheap. I took the farings off b/c the previous owner zip tied them on and they were hanging off. The bikes not perfect but it runs well and I think it will be the perfect bike to learn with. I want to install springs in the front and the gsx750 rear spring/shock assembly, Once I get some time under my belt I'll probably do some paint and body on it to get it back to looking pretty. Right now I'm just going to replace the front and rear sprockets and the chain. Clean and rejet the carbs, oil change, spark plugs, and replace the filter. Along with replacing all the missing items on the bike.
