Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

Yeah, I hear they're violent because they get really frustrated when they can't break the skin with the fake teeth.

What they do, my USA-Based Friends, is they Drop down from a tree. Drop onto you, other prey, your puny week nylon dome tent while you sleep, etc. Yes, it is obvious the photo has been Altered, it is to give you an idea only. Cause these vicious buggers are nigh on impossible to photo in the wild, remaining well hidden until They decide it's chow time.

Drop Bears are not the only little-known beasties down here. We have Yowies - our name for what is essentially an ape-man type thing.

There is the Yarri (in native Abo tongue) aka at the Queensland Tiger and then acquiring local names when sighted (eg, Buderim Beast). I've seen one of these when I was driving from Brisbane to the Whitsundays. At night. It launched out of the side of the road as I went by. I wasn't no friggin dog I can tell you. The size of one, like a German Shepard or something, but it moved like a cat. At the time I hoped I didn't get a flat tire anywhere near there.

We've also got the Kangawallafox. Another vicious bugger, nocturnal so also hard to see. Hard to see/find like a feral cat's nest

All this on top of the world's deadliest snakes, spiders and marine life. Yeah, come to Australia, you might accidentally get killed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eNEeq5qGh8I

Oh you have nothing to worry about. They only hunt at night during the day tgey are sleeping in there tree burrow. And they tend to stay away from population centers.
