WOW, WTF everyone seems to be too sensitive lately. I have read it in many threads this week, is it the weather?

Please remember, this is a great forum with alot of experience and knowledge.

Boss is a new member and he was kind enough to share with us a project he did over the weekend.

Let's not flame him so badly that he doesn't come back!

To each is their own.

Lol i think its the cold weather and the fact most of you guys up north wont be able to drive your bikes very soon.. sorry dudes

and bosshogg.. just a thought... but how about a R1 rear if its due able.. reason being i really like the R1 lol thats about it ..

I was thinking of the R1 tail!!!  :thumb:

Good thing you did not get involved in that flame war and that negative comments did not scare you away!
Most important thing is to do what you like. It is your bike.
Cool that you shared your pictures. Good luck with the project.

I am sure that with little work and good advice  (hint: come on folks, if you only have negative things to say you better stay quiet) you will be able to make it work and look great.
Do as suggested, mount some mini tail, clean up the wires and most of all have fun while doing that!

cheers

EDIT: you could also think about shortening the pipe and increasing its angle so it flows better with overall lines of the tail section.

It's cool your doing your own stuff  :thumb: I'm not a fan of the chop thing. If I were I would do like TTfour did. I believe he did an R1 mod. If I was able to weld I would do what he did.
