I made a performance upgrade by acquiring a 2005 Buell XB9R Firebolt.  Didn't plan to buy another bike so soon since I just got my GS in June, but the price was right.

So is there a GS under all those upgrades.

Very nice, did you have to sell or trade your GS?

Does it ride different than the GS?

The GS is parked nearby.  Like I said the price was right.  I've bought two bikes this summer for about $5K.  It is a little like learning to ride all over again.  The Buell has a really steep rake and short wheelbase when it turns it TURNS.  Plus it has about twice the HP.  All kinds of bad habits I've picked up are showing themselves.  Mainly laziness with the clutch.

I didn't find any significant problems with the tensioner except when the rear tire is completely unloaded.  Thanks for the warning and complement...I think.  ;)

I love the front wheel and how the frame looks like it is part of the swing arm. How many CC's is it

cyall

984 cc.  Fuel in frame and oil in swingarm.
