Is it a stuck float?

I ran out of gas on Friday afternoon, ran on RES to a gas station to fill her up. Put her back on ON and rode her home, about 4 mile trip. She seem to ride fine.

She was parked the whole labor day weekend. No leak.

Went to start her up this morning and she started up fine but when I rode her she started to stutter and die. Started her her up again and rode with half choke. I made it to work, about 6 miles, and when park, engine still running, saw a puddle of gas underneath. I reach underneath and can feel gas leaking from the right side air filter.

Parked her for about 5 hours and the leak went away. No more gas coming out of filter. Rode her home and it leaked again, right air filter. So she's only leaking when engine is running and not when off.

Could this be a stuck float? or maybe I'm not getting a spark in the right cylinder?

I'm at work so I haven't chance to open her up.

Yes, stuck float.  Assuming you still have a vacuum operated petcock.
