The one that hit the car is a Honda (Slow it down - read HONDA on the tank).
At end, tail plastics are wrong for  GS500. Probably the same yellow Honda from the beginning.

crap I've seen that ad many times but never picked it up that it was a GS. Good eyes

Bad eyes. 
Uh, look at the still frames. Never seen a GS500 have HONDA on the tank.
The tail plastics and end of the tail are not GS500.

Good eyes people. I tried pausing it a few times on Youtube to try and see but never could get it to pause at the right spot. Didn't spend much time trying either. It does look a lot like a GS, though!

It is a promo for bike safety. So yes - it is all staged.

The same question was asked in here about 7-8 years ago when this ad first appeared on UK TV. After some discussion it was decided that the bike in question was actually a CB500E..........and nothing looks to have changed in the interim 

Incidently the more observent Brits in here will notice that the car is not displaying a valid tax disc.......naughty naughty
