Anyone have any experience with these tires?
I'm looking at 3 brands right now... my riding will be almost 90% freeway travel with very little time spent leaned way over...)

Maxxis Promaxx (in stock sizes)
Avon HKM AM51/AM52 (in stock sizes)
Pirelli Sport Demons (in stock sizes or with a 140/70 rear...).

I know the Pirelli's are a higher quality, but is the extra cost really worth it since I'm not racing or doing any corner carving?

Thanks.

working on my first maxxis now, sofar its ok, but i dont like 130's for cornering anymore, the 150/60's will always give me more confidance when the bike lays over. but then, i havent found a sticky 130 series tire, sofar its ok, handles water acceptably. just not getting it broke in. will keep you all advised,   if your just worried about cost, i only paid 65 for mine. so cost isnt bad.
Accelerate like your being chased, Corner like you mean it, Brake as if you life depends on it.
Ride Hard...or go home.

Its you Vs the pavement.....who wins today?
