had my stock one go bad and cost me $250 for a garage to diagnose (not find the problem) and adjust & mess up my carbs. (and not fix anything!)

purchased that petcock and I've been golden

lots of complaints here and there on stock GS petcocks.
I know I wont ever get another stock.

As a parts whore - good price!
Buy new fuel hose - cheap, maybe $10. Old stuff can be stiff.
