New to these motors, but that low I'd figure is a valve? Burnt or stuck or bent maybe?
You could put some air pressure in the spark plug hole or up the exhaust and see where it comes out.
Pull the head and see if the valves hold gas..... I dunno, just trying to help.

Thanks Step. yeah I figure the valve is freaking shot. Gonna replace it now. I'm done checking things.. I'm looking for the valve now. God being on a time stamp sucks!.
