There he goes. One of God's own prototypes.
A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production.
Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

OK fellow GS members...stop being difficult...obviously the original poster is trying his best.

Now then...based on the info provided...looks like it's either a 1988 or 2013.

I went and searched the img name on the interweb and found this:

It works on every bike, but mainly is used around the rider's mouth area prior to putting on the helmet.

No...I think the original poster might be referring to the white disc in the background. Pretty sure it mounts to gauge assembly on pre-2003 GS's using duct tape. If I recall it correctly it wasn't a popular option...it protects against insects while moving but the powdered sugar attracts them at stop lights.

Please go to www.imgur.com or www.tinypic.com. Upload your image and then grab the "direct link" and then copy & paste it into the post with "[ìmg]" at the beginning and "[/img]" at the end of the URL. That should work.

Lmao, this is by far the best posting yet, so informative and educational.  Keep up the good work.
As far as the unpopular option, it wouldnt work to long for me......I get hungry riding around.

Though it could fit any GS500 with a little modding.

I should note that it needs mounting equipment. It doesn't just "bolt right on" to any GS500.
