Strange noise

Hey guys im new to the forum and i have a question about these noises im occasionally hearing.1.The first noise only occurs when im at high RPM's,when this wailing like noise occurs and my rpm needle goes out of whack and jumps all over the place(example:im at a constant 3000 RPM when the wailing noise happens after high RPMs but my tachometer is bouncing everywhere).2.The other noise didnt start happening or i didnt notice it until i had a lowside crash.everything checked out fine on the bike except for the cap on the left crankcase cover and the left peg being all tore up but besides that its fine.however ive recently noticed this faint scraping noise...Now to the actual question does any one have any ideas what these sounds are? if so please help me out its a lil concerning at this point,thanks guys

I'm not very knowledge about it, but you might want to search for Goats Syndrome. It appears to be somewhat related to drop de bike to one side (I don't remember left or right) and the magnets from the stator start to lose they epoxy glue and falling and braking into pieces, and latter into the engine itself. Search for it, and troubleshoot before you ride more or else you might f%$k up your engine.

Tach: A mechanical one? If so, check each end of the tach cable. Be sure the mount is screwed tight into the top right of the header. You might need a new tach cable.
