Hi guys,

Swapping from a 93' stock exhaust to an 06' stock exhaust.  Midpipes are different diameters.

93' = 45mm
06' = 54mm

Matrix states 40/125 with stock filter for 89-2000 model years. Has anyone tried to fit the new, larger diameter pipe and use the above jetting with success?

I'm thinking it may run a tad lean with the bigger midpipe but wanted to chime in before going up in main jet size.

Thanks.

Should not make a huge difference between the years, but you bring up a good point.

I'd start with the matrix as a baseline and adjust if necessary.  Whatever you do, let us know the results.  I'm sure someone will have this same problem in the future.

I'm hoping it doesn't need more than a 125 cause that's the biggest I've got within the range.  Next biggest I've got is 140, 147.5, & 150's
