Thanks for the video. This is going to be my next mod. My gs currently handles like a poop with the rear end lowered.

What year R6 did the shock come off?

Its all there in the video. What year etc, and the links to the threads in this one have other info as well.
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

Nope, I didn't grind a thing.  I have ~3mm of clearance when its resting under its own weight on the side stand and a bit more once I sit on it.  There is zero rubbing and after ~3000kms since putting it in there are no signs of any rubbing.  To my knowledge the R6 springs are the same through out the years, it was a re-designed resevoir that changed in ~08+.
