Hello, I'm looking for the Suzuki GS500E repairmanual. Haynes or Clymer in PDF-format or something. I have other manuals if you want to trade.  Or maybe if someone have the pages including Valve clearance. I now there is a guy who has an instruction about that but I prefer Haynes or Clymer.  Sorry for my bad English    Thanx!

Welcome to the site! Don't know if there's anything like the manual in PDF format on the web, but there is the link "Buy a Repair Manual" in the upper left corner of this webpage. Also, I think the valve clearances are listed in the Maintenance section. Gonna check, be right back. Nope, but they are .03mm - .08mm. for both intake and exhaust.

Thanks Kerry and scratch. I know the valve clearances and have read Marc's instruction but I would prefer read it from Haynes, Clymer or Original. Because I want to be 100% sure. Don't want to make misstakes. Have already read shims size needed, is it possible Kerry to scan all pages including valve clearances? Can help you with other manuals.
