Turns out i do have the collar and a nut for the bolt, but no bolt. A washer can be bought for cents at the hardware store, which leaves $17 shipped for the bolt from bike bandit. I'll ask $55 for it. So $55+$17=$72, I paid $82 shipped. Slight discount.
