No Spark help!!!

Ok after the test ride yesterday around the block, it didnt wanna stay runnin unless I gave it throttle.
Figured it was too low on gas (which it was low) or from flushing the tank.

Started fine this morning and then noticed only running on the right cyl.

Pulled the left plug wire, no difference in sound nor was the engine as warm as the right.

Pulled the plug and cranked it, no spark from the left one.

Began checking the plug wire and plug from the left side on the right.
Was fine.

Hooked it all back up on the left and hooked up the right again.....

Now I have ZERO spark on either side!

No fuse blown.
Plenty of battery juice.

Finally took my meter out for the first time (dont know how to use the settings)

Checked the wide wire that plugs into the coil, got juice there but not on the smaller one.

Checked the end of the plug wire where the spark plug shoves into.
read 22 with the key on and 17 when cranking.

plugs are fine as I tried ones i KNOW are good too.

the quicker the help the better!
freakin Gorgeous out and I was Sooo lookin forward to a nice long test ride!

I found my problem.

the wire from the black box either came undone or I forgot to hook it up to begin with when I put the new motor in.

if it couldnt start to begin with, then it probably came undone somehow.

going to investigate to see a possible reason why it would.

then put it together and RIDE!

plugged the wire back in and got spark from Both sides now
